Setting Up Service

Prior to contacting us to discuss your pet sitting or dog walking needs, please check our service map to ensure you live in our service area.

Need a service quote?  Visit our Contact Us page.  In the "How Can We Help You?" field, select "Service Quote".  

If you're coming to VIPets as a referral, please be sure to include the name of the person who referred you when completing your New Client Questionnaire form.  As a small business, we know how important referrals are for the success of a company.  It is important to us to ensure we thank the person who brought you to us.   

Becoming a part of our VIPets Family begins with the completion of two brief questionnaires.  The first focuses on you as a new client and the second focuses on your pet family.  We use this information to build your client profile.  The questionnaires will be emailed to you upon request through our Contact Us page or as part of the service quote process.  Important note; your Home Visit (see below) cannot be completed until these questionnaires are completed and returned.  

To finalize adding you to our VIPets Family, our last step is to complete a home visit to meet you and your pet family.  These typically take 30 to 60 minutes.  Our home visit provides a great opportunity to meet, answer any final questions, walk through your service, collect keys and review security systems when appropriate.   Your home visit will be completed by the pet sitter or dogwalker who will be your primary pet service provider.  You'll be provided their name and contact information prior to your home visit.

Once you've completed your Service Setup, future service requests are quick and easy.  Visit vipetsdallas.com and navigate to the "Request Service" menu option from our home page.
